• We only do garage apartments. This allows us to focus on being the premier garage apartments rental spot on the net. As a result, we strive to be the first and last site people need to visit to rent a garage apartment.


• High search engine placement. For those visitors who are looking to advertise a garage apartment for rent, you have come to the right place. Our focus allows us premium positioning in organic searches with all major search engines. Don't believe us? Visit your search engine of choice and look for "garage apartments". If we're not in the top position, we're at least in the first 3 or 4 positions. This is attributed to the longevity of the site (since January 2002) and the quality of search results.


• We complement other listings sites, rather than competing with them. Face it, it seems there are hundreds of apartment rental sites out there. But from what we've found, neither those sites, nor most MLS systems, are capable of filtering on garage apartments. That's where we step in. If you are a real estate brokerage, a rental web site, or other similar entity, we strongly encourage you to post your listings here. As mentioned in our terms of service, we are not party to any transaction. It's your contact information that appears in each listing. Your office receives the call or email from the prospect, not us. We are simply here to increase the number of eyeballs that see your listings.

Pricing

All basic listings are free for a duration of three months! After three months, you may continue to renew your listing free of charge until your property is rented.

Premium positioning and listing in the Featured Properties section is immediately available for a small fee, and the upgrade lasts for the duration of the listing.

Upgrades can be combined for greater effect.

Guidelines

Observing a few guidelines will help guarantee the best possible results.

1. On the Listing Details screen, choose the most specific location available. If your city isn't shown, please contact us!
2. Remove your posting once your apartment is rented. This ensures our database continues to be the most accurate source for garage apartment rentals on the net.
3. The more photos, the better. You can attach up to six pictures per listing.
4. We are only a classifieds site. We cannot help in any way with any part of the transaction itself. Potential renters contact you directly, and you negotiate directly with them. We are not able to assist with tenant screenings and/or background checks, lease negotiations, etc. We can not accept commission or referral fees for your successful listing.
